It consists of three parts: the water reservoir from bottom to top, the filter where you will put the ground coffee, and the chamber where the espresso will be filled. New Brikka Mokapot can make coffee cream in 25 ml capacity thanks to the Silicone Membrane technology in the New Column, instead of the pressure valve in the old model. It should not be washed in the dishwasher, it can only be cleaned with water. Using Mokapot 1.Pour cold water into the bottom chamber of your Mokapot up to the line marked. 2. Fill the filter chamber located just above this chamber with coffee to the brim, without squeezing it. 3. In order for your coffee to brew correctly, make sure that the beans you use are ground to the appropriate size for the Mokapot. 4. Place the upper body on the lower chamber and tighten by turning. 5. Start cooking on medium heat, after a while your coffee will start to fill the upper body. 6. When the coffee stops flowing, remove your Mokapot from the heat. Your espresso consistency coffee is ready to be served. 7. You should pour the first coffee you make in your Mokapot before drinking it.
